I need Urgent Help

I Need Urgent Help

PORTS aims to provide high quality mental health support, but we not provide an emergency or instant response service. If you are feeling suicidal or in a crisis please seek additional help immediately.

If you are in Western Australia, please call:

Nation-wide services include:

Contact Triple Zero (000) or present to your nearest emergency department if you are suicidal or believe you may be at risk to yourself or others.

If your PORTS therapist believes you are at risk, they will contact the Police or other crisis services to arrange urgent help.

For Non-Urgent Help

The PORTS treatment programs help people to manage their mental health, but we know many people will benefit from having other supports and services. We recommend everyone takes the time to build a Support Plan and contact these people and services when times are tough.

In addition to services listed above, your General Practitioner (GP) may be able to connect you with local options.
